Cotton Wicks
We use pure cotton wicks to support sustainability through the use of renewable materials. Unlike metal-cored wicks, cotton and paper wicks are made from plant-based fibers, making them a thoughtful choice that aligns with our commitment to responsible consumerism.
Reusable Jars
Because soy wax is soap and water soluble, Whistle While You Wick's candle containers are easy to clean and repurpose. Whether used as a planter, desk organizer, bathroom storage, or table décor, giving your vessel a second life helps keep unnecessary waste out of landfills. Sustainable Packaging
We strive to use packaging that is recyclable, compostable, or reusable whenever possible. From minimizing single-use plastics to using compostable packing peanuts and repurposed shipping materials, we make thoughtful choices to help reduce unnecessary waste and conserve natural resources.
100% soy wax
The wax we use is a renewable, plant-based wax made from soybeans grown primarily in the United States. Unlike paraffin wax, which is derived from petroleum, soy is a renewable resource that aligns with our commitment to thoughtful materials. When burned according to our care instructions, soy candles produce very little visible soot, making them a beautiful choice for everyday enjoyment.
Close to home
Whenever possible, we choose materials made close to home. From American-grown soy wax and American-made glass to packaging and fragrance suppliers throughout the Southeast, we thoughtfully source many of our materials from businesses we know and trust. Supporting regional suppliers helps strengthen local economies while reducing transportation whenever possible.
